MY CLASSES

Designed For You

The classes are designed for you to find your flow.  The Bee Fitness hybrid timetable offers face to face classes at Thanet Squash Club, Broadstairs, alongside the convenience of online classes via Zoom, that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home. 

Each week, there is the opportunity to challenge yourself whilst finding that moment to destress. With 8 -week Fitness Pilates courses at all levels, Fitness Yoga, Full Body Strength, Ballet Yoga Pilates Fusion and Move to the Groove! - there is something for everyone.

I also offer 1-2-1 private sessions via Zoom in all of the above class formats, do get in touch if this is something you are interested in.

INTERMEDIATE FITNESS PILATES

Monday 9.30 - 10.30 online via Zoom - Â£56 for the 8-week course

Over the eight weeks, we focus on finding time for you to strengthen and stretch the body in a positive, friendly and supportive atmosphere. It's about finding that flow, concentrating on you and challenging yourself.
Intermediate Fitness Pilates is a class directed at those who are building on their knowledge gained at beginner level with more scope for overall improvement in all areas of their practice.

Fitness Pilates is a 55-minute class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain.

It applies fundamental Pilates techniques and exercises aiming to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.

​

The benefits are:

Enhanced muscular balance and strength

Improved posture

The ability to optimally perform occupationally and recreationally

Sustaining core muscle stability whilst being tested by body movement

Improved flexibility, and strength

A focus on mind, body and breath connection.

ADVANCED FITNESS PILATES

Monday 11.00 - 12.00 online via Zoom - Â£56 for the 8-week course

Advanced Fitness Pilates is a class directed at those who are ready to move on to the next

challenge after practising Intermediate Fitness Pilates.

The benefits are:

Enhanced muscular balance and strength

Improved posture

The ability to optimally perform occupationally and recreationally

Sustaining core muscle stability whilst being tested by body movement

Improved flexibility, and strength

A focus on mind, body and breath connection.

FULL BODY STRENGTH

Tuesday 10.00 - 10.45am online via Zoom - £5 per class

The perfect workout to get fit, lean and toned using hand weights and bodyweight - all in a 45 minute format,

so you can do the class and then get on with your day!

FITNESS PILATES FOR ALL LEVELS

Wednesday 9.30 -10.30 - £56 for the 8-week course at Thanet Squash Racket Club

Whether you are a complete beginner, or have years of experience, Fitness Pilates for all levels is a class

offering adaptations and modifications to challenge all participants.

FITNESS YOGA WITH EMMA


Wednesday 10.45 - 11.45 - Â£7 per class at Thanet Squash Racket Club

Fitness Yoga incorporates stretch, strength and Yoga postures and is validated from a fitness perspective. 

Fitness Yoga focuses on stretching and strengthening the body whilst holding and transitioning through powerful postures and flows.

A fantastic mind & body class choice, where postures are tweaked and manipulated to hit the body’s major muscle groups effectively, whilst at the same time, the beautiful environment of the class allows you to practice at your own pace to suit your mood and energy levels.

- improved flexibility

- increased range of movement around joints

-  more effective and efficient movement - - better posture

- an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

BALLET YOGA PILATES (BYP)

Wednesday 1pm - 1.45pm online via Zoom - £5 per class

A hybrid class that draws upon traditional ballet moves alongside postures and flows from fitness yoga and pilates.
The class strengthens, stretches and challenges the body in a beautiful way.

MOVE TO THE GROOVE!

Friday 10 - 10.40 online via Zoom - £5 per class

With funky music playing, you are invited to a party in your own home... and you'll be having so much fun you won't even realise that you've covered over 2 miles during the class! Together, we will get moving, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase mobility and release all those feel good hormones.
A fun, active session for all levels of fitness. great for beginners, regular exercisers, people returning to class after injury or illness, or for those of you simply wanting to get your steps in. I can't wait for you to come and join me!

ABOUT BEE FITNESS

Find your flow

Hello everybody,

​

My name is Emma Jackson, 

I have been a dance teacher and fitness instructor for over 30 years and worked as an actor and performer in the industry after gaining a scholarship to train at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London.

​

My classes are aimed at all levels and are beneficial to both mind and body, improving physical and mental wellbeing, but perhaps most importantly, emphasising the importance of finding space to breathe and time for you.

​

I look forward to welcoming you to class and beginning a new journey together.
